However, recent pullbacks across that cohort have highlighted how quickly momentum can reverse. While Cramer said he remains bullish on the long-term outlook for the AI trade, he warned that no single investment theme should dominate a portfolio. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not anti-tech. But I do like diversification,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p>Cramer pointed to the investors who lost fortunes by concentrating their portfolios in internet stocks during the dot-com bubble and financial institutions ahead of the Great Recession. He said he witnessed firsthand how quickly leveraged bets on a single sector could wipe out even sophisticated investors. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve seen so many people never ever come back&#8221; from owning stocks that went to zero during the dot-com crash, Cramer said. <\/p>\n<p>Rather than abandoning technology altogether, Cramer said investors should broaden their exposure by owning high-quality companies benefiting from different long-term trends. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:100%\" class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<p>He highlighted <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"NewsShowArticle-QuoteInBody-6\">Johnson &amp; Johnson<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> for its innovative drug pipeline and <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"NewsShowArticle-QuoteInBody-7\">3M<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> for its renewed focus on innovation across a variety of industries.
