Even with Monday&#8217;s gain, Alphabet is still tracking for its worst month since February of last year, with six of the past seven weeks in the red. That marks a sharp reversal from May, when the company briefly eclipsed <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-4\">Nvidia<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> after-hours to become the world&#8217;s most valuable company by market capitalization.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:100%\" class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<p>Alphabet&#8217;s Dow inclusion is more symbolic than mechanical.
