As a result, the <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"SpecialReportArticle-QuoteInBody-6\">S&amp;P 500<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> snapped its longest win streak in more than a year.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil prices advanced around 2% Wednesday but are lower this morning.<\/li>\n<li>U.S. Treasury yields also spiked, pushing the <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"SpecialReportArticle-QuoteInBody-9\">10-year<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> note near the 4.5% level.<\/li>\n<li>Private equity stocks dragged on the market amid a resurgence in concern about valuations.<\/li>\n<li>The S&amp;P 500 is now in the red for the week following Wednesday&#8217;s losses, putting its nine-week win streak in jeopardy.<\/li>\n<li>Futures tied to the broad market index and Nasdaq 100 are taking another leg down this morning, led lower by chipmakers. Meanwhile, the GOP-led House of Representatives passed a resolution limiting Trump&#8217;s war powers in a rare rebuke of the president.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"ArticleBody-subtitle\">3. Elon Musk&#8217;s space startup said it plans to sell 555.6 million shares, equating to a $75 billion fundraise.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX would be valued at $1.77 trillion, assuming its EchoStar\u00a0spectrum and\u00a0Cursor\u00a0transactions close. As CNBC&#8217;s Leslie Picker and Annie Palmer note, that would make the company the seventh-largest U.S. firm by market cap. Musk&#8217;s net worth could also surge past $1 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>But SpaceX investors should be ready for a tough ride, at least at first. CEO Hock Tan further disappointed investors by leaving the company&#8217;s forecast for full-year artificial intelligence chip sales unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Still, Broadcom said revenue climbed 48% from the same quarter a year prior, a sign of soaring demand for its custom AI chips. The California-based firm also offered better-than-expected guidance for current-quarter revenue.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"SpecialReportArticle-QuoteInBody-23\">CrowdStrike<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> shares suffered a similar fate: The cybersecurity stock dropped roughly 10% overnight despite a beat on both lines for the first quarter. The company also announced a four-for-one stock split.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"ArticleBody-subtitle\">5. The list includes measles, Covid-19 and influenza.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"ArticleBody-subtitle\">The Daily Dividend<\/h2>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p>Sen.
