However, Cramer said applying the famous phrase from the movie &#8220;Field of Dreams&#8221; to the AI boom misses a crucial point: The customers already exist, and the cloud providers racing to keep up with demand. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:100%\" class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;The whole point of this data center rally is that it&#8217;s not a fairy tale, because the data centers are being built and the customers really are coming&#8221; the &#8220;Mad Money&#8221; host said. &#8220;They are on the playing field. They are in the seats &#8230; and the momentum is building for every seat to be filled.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He pointed to <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"NewsShowArticle-QuoteInBody-4\">Amazon<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> and its cloud business, Amazon Web Services, as evidence that the AI buildout is no longer speculative. Amazon has committed to spend about $200 billion in capital expenditures this year, most of which will go toward expanding data center capacity as competition intensifies among major cloud providers. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If you don&#8217;t build the stadium, they are going elsewhere and you will leave a lot of money on the table,&#8221; Cramer said, referencing comments from Amazon CEO Andy Jassy about the need to continue investing aggressively. <\/p>\n<p>According to Cramer, major customers including OpenAI, Anthropic and <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"NewsShowArticle-QuoteInBody-7\">Meta<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> are already searching for computing power and infrastructure partners capable of handling massive AI workloads. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They \u2014 meaning big-time paying potential customers \u2014 are already here, and unless you have spent the money to build the infrastructure, they will go somewhere else,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:100%\" class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<p>Cramer noted many skeptics continue to underestimate both the scale and urgency of the current AI spending cycle. Companies that slow investment, he said, risk losing business to rivals that continue expanding capacity. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If Amazon doesn&#8217;t put money in, then numbers have to go down, not up, because that business and its billions of dollars in payments will go to <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"NewsShowArticle-QuoteInBody-8\">Alphabet<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> or <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"NewsShowArticle-QuoteInBody-9\">Microsoft<span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"><\/span><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span>,&#8221; he said. &#8220;When it comes to the data center, if you build it, they really will come.
