Our services include a preliminary check of a set of documents, preparation of filling in all forms, and submissions. If necessary, we also, at the request of the commission, provide the requested documents, give explanations.
At this stage, our task is to show the maximum compliance of the startup with all the requirements, and attach an exhaustive set of documents so that there is no request back.
- We also correct the description of the startup. In order to increase the degree of innovation, we can also:
- Register in the accelerated mode software with the name of the program that matches the name of the startup, which gives an understanding of the availability of the program code, an additional service, the cost is 500 euros. (Included in this package)
- Register a trademark in Italy, an additional service, the cost is 1000 euros, the procedure is lengthy, while the documents on filing will be on hand. (this is an optional services not included)
- Register a patent for a method corresponding to the topic of the startup, an additional service, the cost is calculated.
The term for consideration of the submitted application is 30 days. By the end of the term for consideration of the application, a letter with a list of other clarifying questions on the submitted project may come. To minimize the time it is necessary to provide as many document at the initial filing.
We will thoroughly check all documents for compliance with the requirements, and a set of special forms will be formed, which must be signed electronically, also in pdf format. The finished kit will be submitted to the registration commission, which is obliged to respond within 30 days.

ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION
Familiarization with the current situation consists in reviewing and analyzing existing documents, the status of the applicant. We have to look for options for the most optimal plan of action. Sometimes it is necessary to send inquiries and receive official answers, since the situations are all different, in each situation there are different scenarios for the development of events. At the same time, the legislation in Italy is constantly changing, and non-standard situations are poorly spelled out and there is no clear understanding of how best to act, different Italian lawyers can give a different assessment.

Included – STAGE 1. REGISTRATION OF A STARTUP
The following documents are needed from the applicant:
If the Client has a company already registered in the EU or Italy:
- Company registered less than 5 years ago
- Registered address in Italy or EU
- Turnover less than 5 million Euro
- Does not distribute profits
- The Articles of Association of the company must state that the purpose of the company is the development and production of innovative goods or services of high technological value.
- The company is not formed by merger, division or sale of another company.
- Innovations in the company are provided by:
- At least 15% of expenses – R&D
- At least 1/3 of the company’s owners/employees 1/3 Ph.D., or 2/3 of the company’s owners/employees Masters
- Has a patent or registered software
- The company is financed with at least 50,000 Euros
Included – STAGE 1 (cont). REGISTRATION OF A STARTUP
If there is no company yet, then the following is needed:
- Innovations in a startup are secured by the availability of funds from one of the startups in the amount of at least 50,000 euros, these funds are available on an account in EU/Italy for at least 3 months.
- At least 1/3 of the startup consists of Ph.D, or at least 2/3 of the startup are Masters of Science.
- There is a patent or registered software
Documents explaining your innovative project:
- Description of the innovative project.
- Current state, availability of a valid prototype, working software, degree of implementation in civil circulation.
- Cost and income forecast (business plan)
It is necessary to provide documents in English or Italian in pdf format. Translation from Russian into English we provide. (included in the package)
Documents about each Startup owner (if the company, then the founder, employee)
The result of the decision of the commission may be:
– – permission to register an innovative project as a start-up in Italy.
– – refusal of such permission.
In case of a positive decision, a certificate is issued on the absence of obstacles for issuing a start-up visa to Italy (Nulla Osta) and a preliminary certificate from the police on the absence of obstacles for entering Italian territory.
That is, it will be possible to proceed to the next steps:
– Obtaining a permit for permanent residence in Italy (Permesso di soggiorno) based on work in a startup.
– Opening a company in Italy.
